  In our continuing saga of self expression, this class will focus on learning how to change what you've got to fit the music and your partner better (with specific examples to spark your own creativity)

  We are fortunate enough to dance to jazz - some of the best music in the world! But it can be difficult to dance to if it's slower or faster than what we're used to. In this class, we'll work on the slow side - making things fluid, controlled and beautiful.

We are located in south Austin at Tapestry Dance Company, which is behind the south Central Market where 360 meets 71 meets Lamar. Give yourself an extra 5 minutes to find the building - it's easy to get to, but a little hidden on the first time going there. On the map below, there appears to be a street right next to Tapestry - that's more of a driveway in between parking lots, so there won't be a street sign from Ben White.
