LianAnnouncement

Lian Tarhay discovered ‘swing dancing’ back in 1998 in a tiny northern Michigan bar with other college friends. It was the thing to do besides playing in the snow. Excursions into larger towns for workshops & dances led to an obsession with Lindy Hop in 2005, and she has been traveling across the nation since then dancing up a storm. Lian thinks social dancing is the best thing in the world, although also enjoys performing, choreographing, competing, and DJing. She also loves to share what she’s learned over the years – teaching in Madison, her alma mater MTU, and other Mid-West cities.

And now she’s teaching for TLP! Check out her dancing!
